Our role is to provide professional services and publishing support, not to own your content or restrict where else you can publish. Rights we ask to license (non-exclusive parts are noted) - Territory: Usually World English; can be limited to specific countries on request. - Marketing and promotional use: Non-exclusive right to use your cover, title, pen name, and approved excerpts for advertising, catalogs, ARCs, and social media. - Metadata and pricing: Right to set and adjust metadata, pricing, categories, and keywords in consultation with you. Key protections we include - Approval points: You have complete approval over cover, description, major edits, and audio narrator (if applicable). Optional add-ons (only with your consent) - Translation, audiobook production, large print, special editions. - Film/TV shopping or agency representation via separate agreement with defined term and shared revenues.
